We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery WITHOUT ASKING ANY QUESTIONS
(Products delivered on 2nd of month can be exchanged till 9th of month midnight only)
The product must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In its original packaging
- With all tags attached
Products purchased during sale, clearance or promotional events may not be eligible for Exchange unless received damaged or defective.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Worn or washed garments
- Products without tags
- Customized or altered items
- Gift cards and promotional products
Exchange Process
To request an exchange contact our support team on smile@statizce.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Delivery Date
- Product images (minimum 4)
- Reason for exchange
Once the exchange item is physically received by our team and found to be as per norms, we shall issue a credit note to buyer which can be used for any other purchase on our store. The process generally takes 4 to 5 working days after receipt of item at our warehouse.
